Brand names, model numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. We are an independent supplier and not an authorised distributor of the brands listed unless stated otherwise.
Quotations
Quotations are based on stock and supply conditions at the time of issue and are generally valid for 3–7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability must be reconfirmed after the validity period.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed by contract or pro forma invoice. Payment terms are agreed for each order. Orders may be cancelled before goods are procured; after procurement or shipment, cancellations are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
Delivery
Lead times are estimates and depend on stock, sourcing and carriers. Delivery terms, shipping costs, duties and taxes are stated in the quotation or contract.
Warranty and Returns
Warranty coverage is confirmed with each quotation. Returns and exchanges require prior approval and are subject to the agreed sales terms and product condition. We supply hardware only and do not provide on-site programming or commissioning.
Limitation of Liability
The customer is responsible for confirming the compatibility of parts with their equipment before ordering. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
